2. Products & Pricing
All products are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, texture, and finish from the images shown are natural and not considered defects. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability of products at any time without prior notice. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued for that order.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders promptly after quality inspection. Delivery timelines shown on product pages are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Refund & Replacement Policy for what to do if your order arrives damaged.
5. Intellectual Property
